Tree House Tenuta il Cigno

The tree house, built at a height of more than 5 metres from the ground, entirely in wood and equipped with every comfort, has been designed for couples. Access to the house is independent and direct from the car park, with absolute privacy.

The house is surrounded by the foliage of a centuries-old oak tree and suspended over the paddocks of our horses. The balcony faces west to enjoy romantic sunsets while soaking in the warm outdoor wooden Jacuzzi. We have thought of everything: from the romantic bathroom with shower, to the bottle of sparkling wine in the minibar, the heating for the winter, the dehumidified air for the summer and finally an innovative mosquito repellent system. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

PAYMENT METHODS, CANCELLATION AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICIES:

At the time of booking confirmation € 100.00 will be required as a deposit to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
The deposit is refundable only if the cancellation/modification is made within 30 days from the date of accommodation, after this deadline nothing will be refunded.
The balance must be paid within 30 days from the date of accommodation by credit card or bank transfer, after this deadline no refund will be made for any request for cancellation / change date / no show.
If you book for a date within the next 30 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. If you do not have a credit card, the balance must be paid by bank transfer. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered void.
